Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT) has become an important source of innovation and improvement of efficiency for many sectors across the globe. In the education sector, particularly, the application of ICT has become a critical part of the learning process for senior secondary school students both outside and inside the classroom setting as after senior secondary they have to move towards university level. But sometimes Implementation of ICT become challenge for many Teachers and they face lots of Problems. The influence of ICT especially on teachers cannot be ignored. Hence studying the challenges and problems related to ICT use in teaching among senior secondary school teachers can assist teachers in overcoming the obstacles and become successful technology users. Therefore, the main objectives of the Research were: 1 To identify Challenges and problems faced by Senior secondary school teachers in Using ICT 2. To suggest remedial measures to provide information of finding on problems that teachers faced in Using ICT. A quantitative research design was used to collect the data, from a sample of 100 senior secondary school teachers of Bilaspur District. Evidence has been collected through distribution of a self made questionnaire. Analysis was done and After coming to conclusion, remedial measures were provide for information of finding on the problems that teachers faced in using ICT in their teaching-learning process.
